North Florida TPO

Description: The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) covers nearly 1,118 square miles which includes Duval County and major portions of St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties. The North Florida TPO is responsible for transportation related air, noise, and water quality planning within the Jacksonville urbanized area; and the development of the transportation improvement plan, an annually updated unified planning work program; and the comprehensive transportation plan which includes consideration of long–range goals and transportation systems management measures.
