Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain traffic signal priority from the City of Tallahassee, the FDOT District 3 RTMCs, and county and city traffic systems using respective roadside field equipment for all fixed-route transit vehicles.
- City of Tallahassee
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for the City of Tallahassee. Utilize signal systems owned by county and local agencies, as well as FDOT District 3.
- Provide transit signal priority for StarMetro transit vehicles using roadside devices.
- County and City Traffic Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, on county or local roadways.
- FDOT D3/City of Tallahassee
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems in the City of Tallhassee and Leon County.
