Apalachee Regional Planning Council
Description: The Apalachee Regional Planning Council (ARPC) was created in 1977 as an association of representatives from the local governments within its planning district. Membership of the Council includes the counties of Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Wakulla, and their 28 respective municipalities.

Archived Data Management for Western Florida Regional ITS Architecture - FDOT District 3
- Collect and archive emergency information from regional emergency management agencies.
- Collect and archive intermodal freight information from regional intermodal freight depots.
- Collect and archive multimodal data from multimodal transportation service providers.
- Collect traffic archive information from RTMCs, including the City of Tallahassee; county and local agencies; and the FDOT District 3 Tallahassee RTMC.
