• Collect Express Lane tolls.
• Monitor surveillance cameras on highways.
• Monitor traffic sensors on highways.
• Operate toll collection equipment on toll roads
• Operate traffic information devices, such as dynamic message sign (DMS) equipment, on highways.
• Perform network surveillance for incident detection and verification.
• Provide traveler information directly to drivers using DMS equipment.
• Provide travelers warning of wrong-way driving.
