- Operate vehicle.
- Provide vehicle communication of wrong-way driving, collision warning, and location.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect traffic data.
- Collect traffic probe data from FDOT District 3 field equipment.
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with all FDOT District 3 TMCs.
- City of Tallahassee
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide traffic information to travelers using the City of Tallahassee’s DMS devices; county and local DMS devices; and FDOT District 3 DMS devices.
- County and City Traffic Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide traffic information to travelers using the FDOT District 3 DMS devices; the City of Tallahassee DMS devices; and county and local DMS devices.
- FDOT D3/City of Tallahassee
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect traffic probe data using FDOT D3, Leon County and City of Tallahassee field equipment.
- Provide traveler information via FDOT D3, Leon County and City of Tallahassee DMS
