Description: Public-Private Partnership Agreement between FDOT District 4 and the I-595 Express, LLC, as the Concessionaire, for the I-595 Roadway Project. I-595 Express, LLC is responsible for the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of the I-595 corridor extending from the I-595/I-75/Sawgrass Expressway interchange for approximately 10.5 miles to just west of the I-595/I-95 interchange in central Broward County.
