Project Description: ITS Communications network expansion and upgrades. Currently 475 miles of fiber maintained by the County; 124 CCTV, 28 Bluetooth systems for travel time data collection, 7 Wavetronix systems.

1: The field element shall collect, process, digitize, and send traffic sensor data (speed, volume, and occupancy) to the center for further analysis and storage, under center control.
