City of Tampa ATMS Expansion
Project Description: Expand the City of Tampa ATMS by adding incident management, emergency management, and traveler information services and also by adding additinal intersections to the ATMS software. The project will also improve existing connection to City of Tampa Police to provide access to DMS and detector information.

1: The field element shall collect, process, digitize, and send traffic sensor data (speed, volume, and occupancy) to the center for further analysis and storage, under center control.
