Project Description: The project will deploy closed circuit television (CCTV) camera,fiber optic cable, cabinet and associated structure to expand the visual coverage of the roadway.

Project Functional Requirements (Element - Functional Object):

• Pinellas County Field Equipment - Roadway Basic Surveillance
• 2: The field element shall collect, process, and send traffic images to the center for further analysis and distribution.


• Pinellas County Traffic Management Center - TMC Basic Surveillance
• 2: The center shall monitor, analyze, and distribute traffic images from CCTV systems under remote control of the center.
