Tampa Port Authority

Description: As the governing body and port authority of the Hillsborough County Port District, the Tampa Port Authority is responsible for making or causing to be made such investigations, studies, surveys, plans, drawings, borings, maps, and estimates of costs and revenues as it may deem necessary and
thereafter to prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan for the development and improvement of the harbor and shipping facilities of that port district.
