Description: Aspen is an application that collects all the commercial driver/vehicle roadside inspection details. It utilizes several other applications that pull data from remote sources – ISS, PIQ, CDLIS Access, and QC. It also includes communication features to electronically transfer inspection details to SAFER and/or SAFETYNET.
