Generic CAV Stakeholder

Description: The Generic Stakeholder can be a public agency or private organization that owns Connected and Automated Vehicle (CAV) field equipment, systems or vehicles. The CAV element owned by this stakeholder is generically defined so that it can be referenced as a means of illustrating an interface from the stakeholder's CAV element to a statewide CAV system that is required for administrative, security, credentialling, or other support purposes.
