Archived Data Management for Florida Statewide Services ITS Architecture
- Accesses archived statewide Crash Analysis Reporting System (CARS) database which stores crash reports collected by state, county, and local law enforcement agencies in Florida for a broad range of uses (e.g. planning, research, analysis, operations).
- Collects statewide crash reports collected by state, county, and local law enforcement agencies in Florida for use in the associated system (e.g. databases, models, analytical tools, user interface devices) analyses with their tools.
- Accesses FDOT Roadway Characteristics Inventory data containing roadway characteristics for the state road system supplied by each district's Traffic Operations, Maintenance, and Planning Transportation Statistics offices for a broad range of uses (e.g. planning, research, analysis, operations).
- Collects FDOT Roadway Characteristics Inventory data containing roadway characteristics for the state road system supplied by each district's Traffic Operations, Maintenance, and Planning Transportation Statistics offices for use in the associated system (e.g. databases, models, analytical tools, user interface devices) analyses with their tools.
- Accesses traffic characteristics data including long term traffic data for state roads in Florida from traffic data collection sites around the state, including temporary and permanent data collection sites for a broad range of uses (e.g. planning, research, analysis, operations).
