- Florida Highway Patrol
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect traffic information, travel conditions, incident information and other transportation information and provides the information to the travelling public.
- Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies, including the police, fire, EMS, and sheriff.
- Receives traffic information, travel conditions, incident information and other transportation information and coordinates in transportation management.
- County School Districts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Distribute environmental data to TMCs; regional emergency management agencies; regional transit agencies; and county and city maintenance systems.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance on all school district buses.
- Local Transit Operators

- Receive road network conditions from regional traffic management agencies.

- Receives traffic information, travel conditions, incident information and other transportation information and coordinates in transportation management.

- County Public Safety Agencies

- Coordinate incident response and incident reports with the county sheriff, county fire/EMS agencies, the county EOC, local police/fire/EMS agencies, the FHP, and other public safety agencies.

- FDOT District 3
Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from the City of Tallahassee field equipment and the FDOT District 3 field equipment. Direct operational control is maintained over the FDOT District 3 field equipment.
- Escambia County Transportation and Traffic Operations (TTO)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from its own CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of its own field equipment.
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Escambia County.
- Santa Rosa County
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Santa Rosa County. Also has the ability to control traffic signal systems for Escambia and Santa Rosa counties; the cities of Gulf Breeze, Milton, and Pensacola; and FDOT District
- City of Pensacola
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for the City of Pensacola.
- Escambia County Area Transit
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive road network conditions from regional traffic management agencies.
- County and City Traffic Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, on county or local roadways.
- City of Gulf Breeze

- City of Milton
