Project Description: This system would provide real–time coverage of moveable bridge operations and data related to bridge openings and status.

Project Functional Requirements (Element - Functional Object):

• FDOT District 4 Arterial Management System - TMC Multimodal Crossing Management
• 1: The center shall remotely control traffic signal controllers for use at major multimodal crossings.
• 2: The center shall remotely control driver information systems (such as dynamic messages signs, highway advisory radios (HAR), and equipment that controls warning lights and gates) to notify drivers of closure durations and times at multimodal crossings.
