FDOT Roadway Characteristics Inventory (RCI)

Description: The Roadway Characteristics Inventory (RCI) is the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) enterprise system of record for multimodal transportation systems that include the following modes: roadway, bicycle, pedestrian, rail, and trail assets. The RCI system allows FDOT to store data and information in a relational database environment for programming, analysis, estimates, and reporting systems.The RCI system is considered the single source of truth with respect to data for Central Office, District Offices and Florida Turnpike Enterprise.
