• Load transportation services payment application on mobile device.



• Regional Transit Management Agencies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support a regional payment card used by a traveler to pay for transportation-related services (e.g., parking fees, transit fares, traveler services).



• Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Pinellas County TMC, and the cities of Clearwater and St. Petersburg for traffic signal priority.



• City of St. Petersburg

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate traffic signal systems on municipal-owned arterials.
• Provide transit signal priority with roadside devices for PSTA transit vehicles.



• Pinellas County PWD

• Operate traffic signal systems on county-owned arterials.
• Provide transit signal priority with roadside devices for PSTA transit vehicles.
