- Load pedestrian safety application on mobile device.
- Private Commercial Vehicle and Fleet Operators
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide commercial vehicle communication of wrong-way driving, collision warning, and location.
- Local Agencies
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency plans, incident responses, and resources with the county EOC/warning points and local EOCs.
- Coordinate incident response for incidents on or adjacent to county-owned roadways with PWDs, public safety agencies, and EOCs in surrounding counties and municipalities, including scheduled event responses.
- Coordinate with Hillsborough County Traffic Management Center for signal preemption for emergency vehicle.
- Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the City of Tampa for traffic signal priority.
- Coordinate with the Hillsborough County for traffic signal priority.
- Provide fixed-route bus, paratransit, and streetcar services for Hillsborough County.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance data for all HART vehicles.
- Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic network safely and efficiently with utililization of Connected Vehilcle technologies.
- Provides security for CAV communications between vehicles and the roadside.
- Hernando County DPW
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide emergency signal preemption for county fire vehicles.
- Hillsborough County PWD
Roles and Responsibilities
- Adjust signal-timing patterns in response to incidents.
- Coordinate emergency traffic signal control with the county EOC/warning points.
- Coordinate incident response for incidents on or adjacent to county-owned roadways with PWDs, public safety agencies, and EOCs in surrounding counties and municipalities, including scheduled event responses.
- Operate traffic network safely and efficiently with utililization of Connected Vehilcle technologies.
- Operate traffic signal systems on county-owned arterials.
- Provide emergency signal preemption for local and county fire vehicles.
- Provide transit signal priority with roadside devices for Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) Authority transit vehicles.

- Provide security and credentials management support and certificates for connected vehicle operations.
