Project Description: This project would establish a travel time system in the City of Orlando. The project will integrate this into the regional travel time system, and may be integrated into the parking management system.

Project Functional Requirements (Element - Functional Object):

• 1: The field element shall collect, process, and send data to the center to uniquely identify passing vehicles in order to support travel time measurement

• 5: The field element shall provide collected vehicle situation and local sensor data to data distribution centers.

• 1: The field element shall communicate with on-board equipment on passing vehicles to collect current vehicle position, speed, and heading and a record of previous events (e.g., starts and stops, link travel times) that can be used to determine current traffic conditions.
