- Florida Highway Patrol
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate incident response with county and municipal public safety agencies; traffic management agencies; and the FDOT, as appropriate.
- Provide incident information to traffic management and public safety agencies.
- Private ISPs
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide road network coditions data for archiving.
- Rail Operator
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with City of Plant City, City of Tampa, FDOT District 7 and Hillsborough County for operating HRI safely and efficiently.
- County School Districts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive road network conditions from regional traffic management agencies.
- Local Transit Operators
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive road network conditions from Hillsborough County TMC.
- Regional Traffic Management Agencies
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with Hillsborough County.
- Perform network surveillance for detection and verification of incidents, and send traffic/incident information and traffic images to local and county public safety agencies and EOCs.
- County Emergency Management Agencies
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate incident response and incident reports with the county sheriff/fire/EMS agencies, the county EOC, local police/fire/EMS agencies, the FHP, and other public safety agencies.
- Develop and coordinate county/regional emergency plans; evacuation and reentry plans; and disaster management plans with regional emergency management agencies; traffic management agencies; transit management agencies; and maintenance and construction age
- Participate in incident response, coordination, and reporting for the regional incident and mutual aid network.
- Provide evacuation and incident information to regional ISPs and the media for travelers in the region.

- Supports C2C interfaces among the Regional Transportation Management Centers (RTMCs) and Transportation Management Centers (TMCs) operated by FDOT in the State of Florida.

- Coordinate roadway maintenance and construction.
- Regional Public Safety Agencies

- Participate in incident response, coordination, and reporting for the regional incident and mutual aid network.

- Provide parking information to the Hillsborough County TMC.

- Coordinate emergency plans, incident responses, and resources with the county EOC/warning points and local EOCs.
- Coordinate incident response for incidents on or adjacent to county-owned roadways with PWDs, public safety agencies, and EOCs in surrounding counties and municipalities, including scheduled event responses.
- Provide incident information to other traffic management and public safety agencies.

- City of Tampa Smart Mobility Division
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with Hillsborough County.
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from City of Tampa CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of all field equipment.
- Perform network surveillance for detection and verification of incidents, and send traffic/incident information and traffic images to local and county public safety agencies and EOCs.

- Pinellas County PWD
