Roles and Responsibilities:

Commercial Vehicle Operations for Florida Statewide Services ITS Architecture
• Coordinate with FDACS inspectors regarding all agricultural inspections.
• Coordinate with the FDACS AGPass program, and the Florida Department of Revenues (FDOR) database for accident reports, violation notifications, and safety status information.
• Provides administrative functions to allow commercial vehicles participating in the PrePass program that do not haul agricultural products or livestock to bypass Interdiction Stations.
• Collects and stores written reports of the agricultural inspections performed by the state of Florida.
• Inspects vehicles carrying agricultural products.
• Performs Agricultural Inspection, and Revenue Inspection (copy all bills of lading and send to a revenue database, and determine if additional taxes are due).
