• 4: The parking element shall share information with a traffic management center to identify queues at entrances, exits that should be used, and other information that supports coordinated local traffic control in and around the parking facility.

• 1: The center shall monitor parking area current operational status including current parking occupancy and rates.

• 1: The parking element shall maintain static parking lot information including hours of operation, rates, location, entrance locations, capacity, type, and constraints.
• 9: The parking element shall be able to provide parking reservation status information to Centers that identifies all current, pending, and future reservations and the parking area's capacity for additional reservations.
