- Receive and follow routing information provided by traffic management system.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with county TMCs in District 1
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with other counties in FDOT Region 1.
- Coordinate traffic information with county and local TMCs.
- Operate traffic network safely and efficiently with utililization of Connected Vehilcle technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information with FDOT District 1.
- Monitor traffic images and traffic flow data through CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of its own field equipment.
- Operate traffic network safely and efficiently with utililization of Connected Vehilcle technologies.
- Operate traffic signal systems for Lee County.
- Provide traffic information to travelers via private companies, the southwest Florida traveler information system, and county and city DMS equipment.
- Provides security for CAV communications between vehicles and the roadside.
