Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems for Collier County.
- Provide signal priority to Collier Area transit vehicles.
- Collier County Public Transit and Neighborhood Enhancement (PTNE) Department
Roles and Responsibilities
- Obtain traffic signal priority for deviated fixed-route transit vehicles from Collier County's ATMS using county roadside field equipment.
- Provide automated transit maintenance schedules using automated vehicle conditions reporting on all deviated fixed-route buses.
- Provide deviated fixed-route bus service for Collier County and the surrounding area.
- Provide security cameras on transit vehicles and at transfer stations. Vehicles are also equipped with silent alarms.
