FDOT District 5 C2C Data Integration Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with the FDOT District 5 RTMC.
FDOT District 5 Multi-Modal Trip-Planning Application Engine Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to local agency traveler information systems.
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to FDOT District 5 Multi-Modal Trip-Planning Application engine.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance on all LakeTrans transit vehicles.
Incident Management (Traffic and Maintenance)
- Perform network monitoring for detection and verification of incidents on county roads, and send traffic/incident information and traffic images to county fire/EMS/sheriff agencies, the FHP, the county EOC, and local fire/EMS/police agencies.
- Coordinate maintenance resources for incident response with county and city maintenance and construction systems.
- Receive incident information, incident response status, and resource requests from the county EOC/warning points.
Information Dissemination
- Coordinate emergency plans, incident responses, and resources with the county EOC/warning points.
- Coordinate evacuation and reentry plans with the county EOC/warning points.
- Provide traffic information in a coordination effort to Florida 511
- Provide traffic information to LakeTrans transit operations.
- Provide traffic information to travelers using Lake County DMS devices.
- Provide traffic information to travelers using private companies; county and city public information systems; and the media.
- Receive AMBER Alerts and other wide area alert information from FDLE.
Information Dissemination (FDOT Active Arterial Management System (Lake County))
- Provide arterial traffic information in a coordination effort to Florida 511
- Provide arterial traffic information to LakeTrans transit operations.
- Provide arterial traffic information to travelers using Lake County DMS devices.
- Provide arterial traffic information to travelers using private companies; county and city public information systems; and the media.
- Coordinate emergency plans, incident responses, and resources with the county EOC/warning points.

Lake County Adaptive Phases Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Lake County.
Lake County CV Smart Signal and VZERO Projects Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate traffic information and traffic control with the FDOT District 5 RTMC.
- Provide travelers with Signal Phase and Timing (SPaT) information using connected V2I roadside equipment.
- Provide traffic information to travelers using private companies; county and city public information systems; and the media.
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of its own field equipment.
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Lake County.
Lake County TSMO Phase 1 - Tavares Deployment
- Provide traffic information to travelers using Lake County DMS devices.
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of its own field equipment.
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Lake County.
Traffic Signal Control
- Provide emergency signal preemption for county and local fire/EMS agencies.
- Coordinate emergency traffic signal control with the county EOC/warning points.
- Coordinate HRI signal adjustments, and provide track status information (e.g., blockage) to rail operators and local traffic operations.
- Coordinate traffic information with the Orange County TMC.
- Obtain traffic images and traffic flow data from CCTVs and field sensors, and maintain operational control of its own field equipment.
- Operate traffic signal systems, including CCTVs, signals, and sensors, for Lake County.

- Track and evaluate schedule performance on all LakeTrans transit vehicles.
