• Provide security for CFX connected and autonomous vehicles.
• Provide the capability for vehicle safety involving the CFX.
• Provide secure wireless communications for CFX interfaces.

• Provide incident information to CFX traffic, maintenance, and construction agencies, as well as regional ISPs.
• Coordinate emergency plans, incident responses, and resources with the county EOC/warning points.
