Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency plans with county EOCs and provide emergency transit services for evacuations, fires, and disasters, including reentry services.
- Coordinate transit security incidents with local police and county sheriffs.
- Provide automated transit maintenance scheduling for all school district vehicles using automated vehicle conditions reporting (future).
- Provide operator instructions and receive schedule performance data from school district vehicles while in service.
- Provide transit schedule information to the school District Web site.
- Provide transit security on all school district vehicles using silent alarms and on-board video surveillance (future).
- Receive road network conditions from regional traffic management agencies.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance on all school district vehicles
- Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency plans with county EOCs, and provide emergency transit services for evacuations, fires, and disasters, including reentry services.
- Coordinate transit schedules with other local transit agencies, particularly for transit connections at transit transfer points.
- Coordinate transit security incidents with local police and county sheriffs.
- Coordinate with multimodal transportation agencies, including airports and heavy rail system.
- Coordinate with the City of Tampa for traffic signal priority.
- Provide a demand-responsive bus transit plan to users and travelers using the HART traveler information system.
- Provide automated transit maintenance scheduling for all HART vehicles using automated vehicle conditions reporting (future).
- Provide fixed-route bus, paratransit, and streetcar services for Hillsborough County.
- Provide operator instructions and receive schedule performance data from HART vehicles while in service.
- Provide transit passenger electronic fare payment capabilities on all HART vehicles.
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to FL511 and private sector traveler information systems.
- Provide transit security on all HART vehicles using silent alarms and on-board video surveillance (future).
- Provide transit traveler information to FL511, HART traveler information systems, and private sector traveler information systems, and make it available on all HART vehicles.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance data for all HART vehicles.

- Provide a demand-responsive bus transit plan to users and travelers using FL511, Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) service provider systems, and private sector traveler information system.
- Provide automated transit maintenance scheduling using automated vehicle conditions reporting on all PCPT vehicles (future).
- Provide fixed-route bus and paratransit service for Pasco County.
- Provide operator instructions and receive schedule performance data from PCPT vehicles while in service.
- Provide transit passenger electronic fare payment capabilities on all PCPT vehicles.
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to FL511 and private sector traveler information systems.
- Provide transit security on all PCPT vehicles using silent alarms and on-board video surveillance (future).

- Provide a demand-responsive bus transit plan to users and travelers using the FL511 system, Citrus County transit Web site, and private sector traveler information systems.
- Provide operator instructions and receive schedule performance data from Citrus County transit vehicles while in service.
- Provide paratransit bus service for Citrus County.
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to FL511 and private sector traveler information systems.
- Provide transit traveler information to FL511 and private sector traveler information systems, as well as making it available on all Citrus County transit vehicles.
- Track and evaluate schedule performance on all Citrus County transit vehicles.
- Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority
Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate transit schedules with other local transit agencies, particularly for transit connections at transit transfer points.

- Provide automated transit maintenance scheduling on all PSTA vehicles using automated vehicle conditions reporting (future).
- Provide fixed-route bus and paratransit services for Pinellas County.
- Provide operator instructions and receive schedule performance data from PSTA vehicles while in service.
- Provide transit passenger electronic fare payment capabilities on all PSTA vehicles.
- Provide transit schedule and fare information to the FL511 and PSTA traveler information systems.
- Provide transit security on all PSTA vehicles using silent alarms and on-board video surveillance (future).
- Provide transit traveler information to FL511, PSTA traveler information systems, and private sector traveler information systems, and make it available on all HART vehicles.
