• Coordinate HAZMAT spill incident response with county fire/EMS agencies and/or local fire/EMS agencies.
• Receive HAZMAT spill notifications from private commercial fleets.



• FDOT Motor Carrier Compliance Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform commercial vehicle enforcement related to credentialing, permitting, licensing, oversize/overweight, safety, and other violations.



• FDOT District 1

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide overheight and overweight screening of commercial vehicles at weight-in-motion (WIM) stations on I-75, and report the findings to the FDOT District 1 RTMC and the FHP Motor Vehicle Enforcement.
