- Operate traffic network safely and efficiently with utililization of Connected Vehilcle technologies.
- Operate traffic signal systems for the City of Lakeland.
- Provide traffic information to the Lakeland Citrus Connection.
- Provide transit signal priority for Lakeland Citrus Connection
- Lakeland Area Mass Transit District dba the Citrus Connection

- Coordinate with the City of Lakeland for traffic signal priority.
- Provide autonomous transit shuttle in mixed traffic using autonomous and connected vehicle technologies.
