Description: Represents the generic county and municipal public safety agencies, including EMS, fire departments, police departments, and sheriff's departments. Also represents the agencies that manage and operate PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Emergency Management for Southwest Florida Regional ITS Architecture - FDOT District 1
• Receive emergency calls for incidents within jurisdictions of the 911 center. Coordinate incident response with local public safety agencies, such as the police, fire, EMS, sheriff's office, and the FHP.
