Stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies, such as the police, fire, EMS, and sheriff's offices.
• Coordinate maintenance resources for incident response with county and city DPWs, and the FDOT Maintenance Office.
• Coordinate public safety (FHP) resources for incident response with regional traffic agencies, such as the FDOT, and county and city agencies.
• Dispatch FHP vehicles to incidents within jurisdiction.
• Perform incident detection and verification for all streets in the region, and provide this information to traffic and other safety agencies.



• Regional Public Safety Agencies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive emergency calls for incidents within jurisdictions of the 911 center. Coordinate incident response with local public safety agencies, including police, fire, EMS, and sheriff agencies, and the FHP.



• County Public Safety Agencies - Fire/EMS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate county fire, EMS, and rescue resources for incident response with regional traffic agencies, such as the FDOT, and county and city agencies.
• Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies, such as sheriff's offices, the police, and the FHP.
• Coordinate maintenance resources for incident response with county and city departments of public works (DPWs), and the FDOT Maintenance Office.
• Dispatch county fire and EMS vehicles to incidents in the jurisdiction.
• Perform incident detection and verification for all streets in the region, and provide this information to traffic and other safety agencies.



• County Public Safety Agencies - Sheriffs Department

Roles and Responsibilities
